Introduction

There are some industry standards of a hotel for Meal Plans, which are noted below. Keep in mind that the definition of each plan is a general understanding, and the description of the Meal Plans can be adjusted by the hotel.

RO

Room Only. It only includes the stay for all guests in the selected room. No meals are included.

BB

Bed and Breakfast. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room and includes a breakfast per person per day.

HB

Half Board. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room and includes breakfast and dinner per person per day.

FB

Full Board. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room and includes breakfast, lunch, and a dinner per person per day.

AL

All-Inclusive Light. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room on an all-inclusive basis but without alcoholic drinks, or maybe only national alcoholic drinks (it may vary in each accommodation).

SC

Self Catering. It’s similar to the room-only basis, but there are a small kitchen and different utilities in the room to let guests cook and prepare their meals.

DB

Dinner Buffet. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room and includes a buffet dinner per person per day.

BL

Breakfast and Lunch. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room and includes breakfast and a lunch per person per day.

AI

All-Inclusive. It includes the stay for all guests in the selected room on a complete all-inclusive basis.

LO

Lunch only. It includes lunch per person per day.

LD

Lunch and Dinner. It includes lunch and dinner per person per day.

BB2

two breakfasts per day.

BB3

three breakfasts per day.
